Red Dragon Hotel - Hsipaw

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hsipaw. the value for money here is outstanding. Considering the low prices, the hotel offers great amenities such as air conditioning and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms. The staff was also very attentive and went out of their way to provide a to-go breakfast when I had to leave early in the morning. Additionally, the location by the river and in the center of town added to the overall charm of the place. The rooftop area with amazing views was perfect for relaxing and enjoying breakfast.

Everything was just perfect.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in the mountains of the Shan State. The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, the big breakfast with amazing views, the convenient location near the market and bike rental service, and the comfortable and modern rooms. We also appreciated the free pick up from the train station and the ability to book tickets at the hotel. it was a fantastic experience.

We greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose red dragon hotel hsipaw. San Restaurant was 10 mins walk away. Rooftop terrace was included. We would definitely visit it again if we go to Hsipaw...

Set adjacent to a train station. Best base for city break in Hsipaw. In love with red dragon hotel hsipaw. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like La Wun Aung that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We had a great stay at Red Dragon. The rooms werenice and neat, and the breakfast was fantastic with noodles, eggs, toast, and fruit. The hotel offered a great price and the shower was excellent. Despite some minor flaws, I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

The hotel provided us with a free pick-up from the train station, which was a great way to start our stay. The location was also ideal, as it was close to Little Bagan and the Shan Palace. We also enjoyed the maps provided by the staff, which helped us explore the beautiful area.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was not up to par, which was a bit disappointing. there was some traffic noise during the day, which could be bothersome if you are a light sleeper.

Great rooftop view and delicious breakfast! I stayed at this hotel for a few nights during my trip and loved the rooftop view and breakfast. the breakfast had a nice variety of foods and was very filling. I also liked that the hotel had a rooftop view, it was a perfect spot to relax and look out over the city. the beds were comfortable and the location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions.

Poor Wi, Fi and no free water Unfortunately, the Wi, Fi was slow and didn't work well in my room. I also didn't like that there was no free water available in the hotel, I had to pay for it.

The hotel had a great location, with a roof top where you could enjoy lovely views of the area and the mountains of the Shan State. It was also conveniently located near the market, making it easy to explore the local culture. The room was clean and comfortable, with hot water and a good shower pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they even provided a free pickup service from the train station. The breakfast offered a variety of freshly cooked dishes, making it a great start to the day.

There was no option to refill plastic bottles with water, even with a charge.

This hotel is a great choice for backpackers. the location is convenient, with Mr Bike hiking just across the street and the market nearby. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms have great showers. the staff is friendly and helpful, even arranging treks. the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the rooftop view of the surrounding area is breathtaking, making it a perfect spot for watching the sunset.

The accommodation is basic, don't expect luxury amenities.

Comfortable modern rooms with English news channel. Over-the-top breakfast, comfy beds, helpful front desk staff, well-stocked toilet paper, hot showers with good water pressure. Big, tasty breakfast, great location, 360 degrees rooftop view, clean rooms.

This hotel has fantastic staff that were always willing to help me with anything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was excellent, with hot water readily available for my needs. I also enjoyed renting a bike and exploring the beautiful surrounding mountains. The breakfast was filling and they even provided flasks of hot water at night for a cozy drink. The rooftop area was a nice touch, with a beautiful view and space to relax.

The breakfast was filling and delicious with a decent selection. The location was convenient and near Mr. Bike, which made exploring the area easier. Another advantage was the price; it was relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area.

The room was not up to par. Additionally, refilling water bottles was not free, which was frustrating.

I had an really good stay at a hotel in Hsipaw. The private room was affordable with a comfortable bed and a fantastic shower. The water pressure was unlike anything I had seen before in Myanmar, and the hot water was a refreshing touch. The staff was accommodating and even stored my backpack while I went trekking. The breakfast spread was amazing with freshly cooked dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Hsipaw.
